Jacqueline Coleman is founder and Principal of Vision Que!, LLC, a boutique consulting company with extensive experience as senior program manager and administrator.   Described by colleagues as riveting, dynamic, focused, effective, and driven, Jacqueline recently launched Seizing Your 24K Gold, a new business portfolio where she passionately facilitates transformative life and executive coaching to leaders, stakeholders and organizations.  She is a Certified John C. Maxwell Coach, Teacher, Trainer and Speaker.

 Jacqueline extends a wealth of appreciation, knowledge and insight into each engagement whether at person-to-person, community, or organizational levels.  She has conceptualized and managed several federal programs focusing on Training, Workforce Development, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.   With these specialties Jacqueline uniquely integrates theory, public health and policy to facilitate community mobilization and policy/systems change initiatives. She possesses 20+ years of experience assisting domestic and global public health, and private and governmental leaders in maximizing their service impacts.   Jacqueline has served as Lead Trainer in over 1000 skills building sessions and authored several training curricula and national training projects.  As a sought-after speaker, her portfolio includes consultations, seminars and keynote addresses within all 50 states, Puerto Rico, Canada, Europe, the Caribbean and Africa.

 Coleman is academically trained in communications, counseling psychology and business management.  Addressing the Quest for Excellence is the company motto and Jacqueline’s personal DNA stamp.  She is very active in her local and global community serving on several boards of directors and as an officer in her home church Metropolitan AME Church.  She is a member of Gamma Sigma Sigma, National Service Sorority’s Cherry Blossom Alumni Chapter.  She resides in Washington, DC and enjoys travel adventures, antique shopping and special event decorating.  She is also an antique and classic car enthusiast.
